Salesperson List
The salesperson list consists of names and regions of all your salespersons. It is used to create dropdown list in the call report sheet.
Individual Sales Call Report
Create new sheet of this copy and share this with your sales team. Instruct them to submit the report every week. This help you to update your weekly call report sheet.
This sheet consists of name of the sales executive and his region at the top. Insert name and region in the light blue cells.
The first column is of weekday, the second column consists of new call and follow-up calls headings. Insert number of new as well as follow-up calls made against the respective weekday.
In the end, this sheet consists of following heads displaying the summary of the sales activity:
Total Calls: This cell sums up the total calls made during week. No need to enter in this cell as it consists predefined formula.
Converted Calls: Insert number of calls that converted during the week.
Conversion %: The template automatically defines percentage of calls converted. Do not enter anything in this cell as it is auto-populated.
Weekly Sales Achieved: Insert actual amount of sales made during the week.
Weekly Sales Target: Insert target sales given according to the KRA.
Target Achieved %: This cell finds percentage of target achieved.
Lastly, this sheet consists of remarks section and the signature section. The sales executive can insert any remarks if applicable and get it approved by supervisor and department head.
Printable Individual Sales Call Report
This sheer is the replica of Individual sheet. You can give this printed sheet to your sales executive and demand sheet at the end of every week.
Cumulative Report
The cumulative report consists of a report on your complete sales team performance during the week. You can use this sheet to report every week to higher management.
Additionally, this report will provide insights in the sales activities and performance of the team. It helps to take important decisions such as making changes in teams, training employees, etc.
This sheet consists of 2 sections, one is sales data and second is the sales summary.
Sales Call Data
It consists of following columns:
Salesperson: Select name of the sales executive from the dropdown list.
Date: Insert first date of the week and the template will automatically fetch the rest.
Day: No entry to be made. Upon inserting date, the sheet fetches the day using the TEXT Function.
New Calls: Insert new calls made by sales executive or insert the data from the submitted report.
Follow-up Calls: Insert new calls made by the sales executive or insert the data from the submitted report.
Sales Call Summary
