Create a separate record for each of the class by making a copy of the worksheet. Enter the names of the students or participants then print a copy of it to put in your attendance notebook.

This simple spreadsheet is a great option to record attendance at meetings, clubs, scouts, church, and Sunday School classes. Print a blank Sheet for your notebook or clipboard. Then transfer the information into your spreadsheet to keep an electronic attendance record.

You can enter an arbitrary dates for tracking meeting attendance, or if you are tracking the church attendance or Sunday school attendance, you can enter the first date in cell C5 manually by hand and then use a formula like =C5+7 for the following week.

Simply copy or paste existing rows or columns to add additional people or dates. Attendance is total of the date and the person.

How do you measure attendance?

Divide the SUM TOTAL of Days in the Attendance by the SUM TOTAL of Days of membership for the school or district. Multiply the statistic 100 and round to the number to the nearest tenth. This is your school or district overall attendance rate for the year.
