Daycare attendance sheets are used by daycare centers and parents to track the attendance and participation of children in the daycare’s activities. These sheets can be used to communicate important information between the daycare and the parents, and can also serve as development records for the child. Our Daycare Attendance Sheet template includes monthly and weekly attendance sheets in both portrait and landscape orientations.
Features of this editable day care attendance sheet
The template includes sheets for 28, 30, and 31 day months, as well as 5, 6, and 7 day weeks. The sheets can be personalized by adding the child’s name, the period of attendance, the room they are in, and a title. The sheets can be used to track the time the child arrives and departs, and can also record absences. The duration of attendance can be recorded in minutes or hours, and the total duration for the month can be calculated using the sum formula.
The weekly attendance sheets are designed to track attendance for up to 35 students, and include a column for the student’s name. They can be used to track the time the student arrives and departs, and can also record absences.
The sheets can be used in Excel, and the Freeze Panes option can be used to keep the column headings visible no matter how far down the sheet is scrolled. Previous attendance sheets can be saved and new ones can be created by duplicating worksheets, allowing for the creation of attendance sheet historical records.
