You can select reason for rejection from dropdown list.

Thanking reasons consists of 3 commonly use reasons. These reasons are use to create dropdown list. You can even change them as per your needs. If you want to enter a custom reason, you can in the last line.

Thank You Letter Template

You can print all three types of letters just by entering details in Data Input Sheet and selecting any of the three reasons from dropdown list. The cells are like to the data input sheet and it will automatically fetch the require data.

Printing the letter using the Excel file will look different from Word. The cells have been designated to place the required data. Hence, there will more space near the credentials.
