Balance: Furthermore, The number of activities left is to be conducted. This cell deducts activities conducted from total activities.

Allocated Budget: Once management finalizes the Marketing Budget, you need to divide the budget into 12 months. Bifurcate it according to number of activities per month.

Budget Per Activity: This cell divides total budget by the number of activities.

Utilized Budget: It counts activities conducted using Count Function from monthly sheets and multiplies it with the budget per activity.

Balance Budget: The balance amount left after utilized budget.

Remarks: If you have any remarks to enter you can enter in this cell.

Monthly Campaign Executor (Jan-Dec)

Moreover, In Monthly Marketing Campaign Executor, you need to select campaign on respective dates. Record status of activities as and when conducted.

Thus, This sheet consists of following columns:

Date: Insert only first date of the month in the light blue colored cell and it will automatically fetch rest of the dates.

Day: No entry to be made in this column. Using TEXT Function, it automatically fetches respective day.
